| 7.5 | CVE-2023-1108 A flaw was found in undertow. This issue makes achieving a denial of service possible due to an unexpected handshake status updated in SslConduit, where the loop never terminates. Published Thursday, September 14, 2023 |
| 4.3 | CVE-2023-36479 Eclipse Jetty Canonical Repository is the canonical repository for the Jetty project. Users of the CgiServlet with a very specific command structure may have the wrong command executed. If a user sends a request to a org.eclipse.jetty.servlets.CGI Servlet for a binary with a space in its name, the servlet will escape the command by wrapping it in quotation marks. This wrapped command, plus an optional command prefix, will then be executed through a call to Runtime.exec. If the original binary name provided by the user contains a quotation mark followed by a space, the resulting command line will contain multiple tokens instead of one. This issue was patched in version 9.4.52, 10.0.16, 11.0.16 and 12.0.0-beta2. Published Friday, September 15, 2023 |
| 5.3 | CVE-2023-40167 Jetty is a Java based web server and servlet engine. Prior to versions 9.4.52, 10.0.16, 11.0.16, and 12.0.1, Jetty accepts the `+` character proceeding the content-length value in a HTTP/1 header field. This is more permissive than allowed by the RFC and other servers routinely reject such requests with 400 responses. There is no known exploit scenario, but it is conceivable that request smuggling could result if jetty is used in combination with a server that does not close the connection after sending such a 400 response. Versions 9.4.52, 10.0.16, 11.0.16, and 12.0.1 contain a patch for this issue. There is no workaround as there is no known exploit scenario. Published Friday, September 15, 2023 |
| 4.3 | CVE-2023-41900 Jetty is a Java based web server and servlet engine. Versions 9.4.21 through 9.4.51, 10.0.15, and 11.0.15 are vulnerable to weak authentication. If a Jetty `OpenIdAuthenticator` uses the optional nested `LoginService`, and that `LoginService` decides to revoke an already authenticated user, then the current request will still treat the user as authenticated. The authentication is then cleared from the session and subsequent requests will not be treated as authenticated. So a request on a previously authenticated session could be allowed to bypass authentication after it had been rejected by the `LoginService`. This impacts usages of the jetty-openid which have configured a nested `LoginService` and where that `LoginService` will is capable of rejecting previously authenticated users. Versions 9.4.52, 10.0.16, and 11.0.16 have a patch for this issue. Published Friday, September 15, 2023 |
| N/A | CVE-2023-5016 A vulnerability was found in spider-flow up to 0.5.0. It has been declared as critical. Affected by this vulnerability is the function DriverManager.getConnection of the file src/main/java/org/spiderflow/controller/DataSourceController.java of the component API. The manipulation leads to deserialization. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. The identifier VDB-239857 was assigned to this vulnerability. Published Sunday, September 17, 2023 |
| 5.3 | CVE-2023-41599 An issue in the component /common/DownController.java of JFinalCMS v5.0.0 allows attackers to execute a directory traversal. Published Tuesday, September 19, 2023 |
| N/A | CVE-2023-22644 An Innsertion of Sensitive Information into Log File vulnerability in SUSE SUSE Manager Server Module 4.2 spacewalk-java, SUSE SUSE Manager Server Module 4.3 spacewalk-java causes sensitive information to be logged. This issue affects SUSE Manager Server Module 4.2: before 4.2.50-150300.3.66.5; SUSE Manager Server Module 4.3: before 4.3.58-150400.3.46.4. Published Wednesday, September 20, 2023 |
| N/A | CVE-2022-1438 A flaw was found in Keycloak. Under specific circumstances, HTML entities are not sanitized during user impersonation, resulting in a Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability. Published Wednesday, September 20, 2023 |
| N/A | CVE-2023-4760 In Eclipse RAP versions from 3.0.0 up to and including 3.25.0, Remote Code Execution is possible on Windows when using the FileUpload component. The reason for this is a not completely secure extraction of the file name in the FileUploadProcessor.stripFileName(String name) method. As soon as this finds a / in the path, everything before it is removed, but potentially \ (backslashes) coming further back are kept. For example, a file name such as /..\..\webapps\shell.war can be used to upload a file to a Tomcat server under Windows, which is then saved as ..\..\webapps\shell.war in its webapps directory and can then be executed. | N/A | CVE-2023-42280 mee-admin 1.5 is vulnerable to Directory Traversal. The download method in the CommonFileController.java file does not verify the incoming data, resulting in arbitrary file reading. Published Thursday, September 21, 2023 |
