| CRIT | CVE-2024-55662 XWiki Platform is a generic wiki platform. Starting in version 3.3-milestone-1 and prior to versions 15.10.9 and 16.3.0, on instances where `Extension Repository Application` is installed, any user can execute any code requiring `programming` rights on the server. This vulnerability has been fixed in XWiki 15.10.9 and 16.3.0. Since `Extension Repository Application` is not mandatory, it can be safely disabled on instances that do not use it as a workaround. It is also possible to manually apply the patches from commit 8659f17d500522bf33595e402391592a35a162e8 to the page `ExtensionCode.ExtensionSheet` and to the page `ExtensionCode.ExtensionAuthorsDisplayer`. | N/A | CVE-2024-47579 An attacker authenticated as an administrator can use an exposed webservice to upload or download a custom PDF font file on the system server. Using the upload functionality to copy an internal file into a font file and subsequently using the download functionality to retrieve that file allows the attacker to read any file on the server with no effect on integrity or availability Published Tuesday, December 10, 2024 |
| N/A | CVE-2024-21574 The issue stems from a missing validation of the pip field in a POST request sent to the /customnode/install endpoint used to install custom nodes which is added to the server by the extension. This allows an attacker to craft a request that triggers a pip install on a user controlled package or URL, resulting in remote code execution (RCE) on the server. Published Thursday, December 12, 2024 |
| N/A | CVE-2024-47577 Webservice API endpoints for Assisted Service Module within SAP Commerce Cloud has information disclosure vulnerability. When an authorized agent searches for customer to manage their accounts, the request url includes customer data and it is recorded in server logs. If an attacker impersonating as authorized admin visits such server logs, then they get access to the customer data. The amount of leaked confidential data however is extremely limited, and the attacker has no control over what data is leaked. Published Tuesday, December 10, 2024 |
| N/A | CVE-2024-47580 An attacker authenticated as an administrator can use an exposed webservice to create a PDF with an embedded attachment. By specifying the file to be an internal server file and subsequently downloading the generated PDF, the attacker can read any file on the server with no effect on integrity or availability. Published Tuesday, December 10, 2024 |
| N/A | CVE-2024-47582 Due to missing validation of XML input, an unauthenticated attacker could send malicious input to an endpoint which leads to XML Entity Expansion attack. This causes limited impact on availability of the application. Published Tuesday, December 10, 2024 |
| N/A | CVE-2024-47585 SAP NetWeaver Application Server for ABAP and ABAP Platform allows an authenticated attacker to gain higher access levels than they should have by exploiting improper authorization checks, resulting in privilege escalation. While authorizations for import and export are distinguished, a single authorization is applied for both, which may contribute to these risks. On successful exploitation, this can result in potential security concerns. However, it has no impact on the integrity and availability of the application and may have only a low impact on data confidentiality. Published Tuesday, December 10, 2024 |

| N/A | CVE-2024-55886 OpenSearch Data Prepper is a component of the OpenSearch project that accepts, filters, transforms, enriches, and routes data at scale. A vulnerability exists in the OpenTelemetry Logs source in Data Prepper starting inversion 2.1.0 and prior to version 2.10.2 where some custom authentication plugins will not perform authentication. This allows unauthorized users to ingest OpenTelemetry Logs data under certain conditions. This vulnerability does not affect the built-in `http_basic` authentication provider in Data Prepper. Pipelines which use the `http_basic` authentication provider continue to require authentication. The vulnerability exists only for custom implementations of Data Preppers `GrpcAuthenticationProvider` authentication plugin which implement the `getHttpAuthenticationService()` method instead of `getAuthenticationInterceptor()`. Data Prepper 2.10.2 contains a fix for this issue. For those unable to upgrade, one may use the built-in `http_basic` authentication provider in Data Prepper and/or add an authentication proxy in front of one's Data Prepper instances running the OpenTelemetry Logs source.
